Registration
- Registration will open again in Spring of 2025 for next year's race!
Training for the 5K

Packet Pick-Up
- Packet pick-up is at Xtra Mile Running (31 W. Schaumburg Road, Schaumburg, IL) the Friday and Saturday before the race. Onsite registration is also available at the time in-store. Friday's packet pick-up time is from 2-6 pm. Saturday's packet pick-up time is from 12-4 pm.
- Race day packet pick-up is also available on race day, starting at 6:30 am until 7:45 am at the Lake Park West Campus High School near the starting line. We recommend picking up your packet early at Xtra Mile Running to avoid lines.
Race Day Details
- 2025 Date: TBD, June 2025
- 2024 Date: Sunday, June 2
- Location: Lake Park West Campus High School, 500 W. Bryn Mawr Ave., Roselle, IL (Indoor bathrooms available!)
- Strollers are welcome, but must line up behind all the runners and walkers at the starting line. No dogs in the race please.
Timeline
- 7:15 am: Police close Bryn Mawr traffic from Mensching and West End
- 7:45 am: Race line-up (faster runners in the front, please)
- 7:52 am: Pre-race Introductions/National Anthem
- 8:00 am: 5K start
- 9:15 am: 0.6K Youth Run
Awards
Awards will be given to the following age groups for both Male and Female for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place:
- Plaques will be given to overall top three males and top three females.
- Medals will be awarded for: 14 & under, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65 and over.
- Winners are determined by chip time.
